From classic crew-neck pullovers to complex jacquard intarsia, we've been producing knitwear in Jiaxing for 30+ years. Fully fashioned and cut-and-sew in the same facility.
Representative styles from recent seasons. All can be adapted to your colorway, yarn spec, and size range.
Choose the construction method that fits your design and budget. We'll advise on which is right for your style.
Each panel is knitted to shape — no fabric waste, clean edges, premium hand feel. Ideal for classic sweaters and cardigans where construction quality signals value to your customer. Higher setup cost, but reduced seam bulk and a true indicator of quality.
Knitted fabric is cut from flat stock and assembled — more flexible for fashion shapes and lower MOQ requirements. The right choice for styles with complex silhouettes, flared hems, or significant body contouring.
Multi-color patterned knitwear programmed directly into the machine. From classic Fair Isle motifs to brand logos and custom patterns. Machine programming adds setup cost — higher MOQ of 300–600 pcs is typical.
Color blocks knitted without floats on the reverse — clean back, true color separation. Requires specialized machines and skilled operators. Premium technique for high-end colorblock sweaters and art-inspired knitwear.
Want to go deeper on knitwear sourcing? Read our guide: How to Source Knitwear from China — the complete technical guide, covering yarn selection, gauge, construction types, and sample timelines.
Five gauges: 3, 5, 7, 12, and 14. The 3-gauge gives you chunky, hand-knit-effect pieces; 14-gauge gets you fine-weight jersey. We pick the gauge based on your yarn weight, fibre, and the hand feel you're after.
300 pieces per style per colorway, across the board. Custom or specialty yarns with mill minimums usually push that to 1,000+ — the exact number depends on yarn type and how much the garment consumes.
Fully fashioned, cut-and-sew, jacquard, and intarsia. With fully fashioned, each panel is shaped on the machine as it knits — less waste, cleaner seams. We offer it across all five gauges.
Yes. We hold GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification and source GRS-certified recycled yarn across all five gauges. Have a specific fibre in mind? Tell our sourcing team and they'll track it down.
10 days from deposit to sample ready. Shipping on top of that. Each revision round adds about 7 days.
OEM (your design, our production), ODM (pick from our seasonal styles), CMT (you supply fabric, we make it), full-package (we source and produce), or repeat orders from approved samples.
