Email or WhatsApp us your designs, reference images, or tech packs. No formal documents required to start a conversation — a mood board or competitor reference is enough. If you have a tech pack ready, send it and we move straight to quoting.

Once you confirm the quote and pay the sampling deposit, we go into production. Your first sample is ready in 14 days. Sampling fees are waived for orders of 500 pieces or more. For smaller orders the fee is quoted per style based on complexity.
⏱ 14-day sample lead timeReview the sample and send feedback. Each revision round takes 7–10 days. We seal the approved sample as the production benchmark — every garment in your bulk order is measured against it. Once you sign off, we move to production.
Bulk production is completed within 30 days of sample approval and receipt of your production deposit. We run in-line quality checks at three stages — incoming materials, mid-production, and pre-pack — so your pre-shipment inspection has no surprises.
⏱ 30-day bulk lead timeWe load your order at FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai — your choice, both within 90 minutes of our factory. Balance payment is settled prior to release of shipping documents. International courier shipments go via DHL. We handle freight booking on request.
