## Production Specifications

- **Sample lead time:** 14 days from deposit to sample shipped

- **MOQ (sweaters, stock yarn):** 300 pcs per style per colorway

NewWay operates with dedicated departmental teams rather than a single account rep model:
- **QC Team** — In-line quality control at three stages: incoming materials, mid-production, pre-pack
- **Sourcing Team** — Fabric and trim sourcing from China domestic market, Italy (premium wovens), and Taiwan (performance knits)
- **Liaison Team** — English-speaking point of contact for each client
- **Tech Team** — Patternmakers and technical developers; can build tech packs and grade rules from scratch

## Fabric Sourcing

Primary sourcing from Zhejiang, China. For premium or specialty requirements, NewWay sources from Italy (woven fabrics) and Taiwan (performance knit fabrics). GRS-certified recycled content options available. GOTS-compliant organic cotton available.

## Client Focus

NewWay's primary client base is mid-size and emerging international fashion brands — typically those ordering 100–5,000 pieces per style. Many client relationships span 10–20 years. NewWay does not require large-enterprise order volumes to access the full service structure.
